On August 5, 2025, Deputy Director Shen Yan and his delegation from the Suzhou High - tech Zone Management Committee visited the Shishan Quantum Computation and Quantum Detection Laboratory. Professor Yu Yang, the Director of the Shishan Quantum Laboratory, warmly received Deputy Director Shen Yan and his delegation together with the laboratory staff.
Professor Yu Yang accompanied Deputy Director Shen Yan and his delegation to visit the laboratory's technology exhibition hall on site. During the visit, Professor Yu Yang gave a detailed introduction to Deputy Director Shen Yan and his delegation on the laboratory's basic information, research directions, latest research achievements, as well as the industrial planning and development in the quantum field. He also demonstrated the laboratory's advanced equipment and technology platforms on site, using concise and vivid language to help Deputy Director Shen Yan and his delegation fully understand the progress of scientific and technological work in the quantum field.
After the visit, Deputy Director Shen Yan and his delegation held a discussion and exchange with the research team of Shishan Quantum Computation and Quantum Detection Laboratory. During the meeting, both parties had an in-depth exchange on aspects such as the laboratory's construction investment, operation status, talent team development, research achievements, collaborative development of science and technology industries, and the incubation of technology-based enterprises.
