Research Interests: Comprehensive transport and optical measurements under ultra-low temperature and high magnetic field on III-V semiconductor structures to investigate novel quantum states and emergent phenomena, such as excitonic fractional quantum Hall effect and quantum Hall gravitons.
Lingjie Du, Zhicheng Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Nanjing University. His leading research achievements have been selected into the Top 10 Scientific Breakthroughs in China, Top 10 Science and Technology News of China, Top 10 Basic Research Advances in Jiangsu Province, and Top 10 Scientific and Technological Achievements of Nanjing City. He has been honored with the May 4th Medal of Chinese Youth and the Tan Kah Kee Young Scientist Award.As the corresponding author, he has published numerous papers in top international journals including flagship journals and sister journals of Nature and Science such as Nature, Nature Physics, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics, as well as Physical Review Letters. He was invited to publish one article in People’s Daily.He serves as a member of the Light Scattering Committee of the Chinese Physical Society, Secretary-General of the Basic Science and Frontier Research Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology Young Workers, editorial board member of Cryogenic Engineering, and youth editorial board member of four major physics journals: Chinese Physics Letters, Chinese Physics B, Acta Physica Sinica and Physics.
