Research Interests: Planetary interiors and atmospheres, evolutionary history of celestial bodies, in-situ utilization of extraterrestrial water resources, molecular dynamics simulations
Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Institute of Deep Space Exploration Science and Technology, Nanjing University; Jiangsu Distinguished Professor; Suzhou Leading Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent. He serves as Vice Chairman of the 3rd Planetary Physics Committee of the Chinese Geophysical Society, Director of the Council of the 2nd Young Planetary Forum, Member of the International Society for Deep Space Exploration, Editorial Board Member of Reviews of Earth and Planetary Physics, and Youth Editorial Board Member of Earth and Planetary Physics.He received his Bachelor’s degree (2008) and PhD (2012) from the School of Physics, Nanjing University. He carried out postdoctoral research at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2023, he worked as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Lunar and Planetary Science, Macau University of Science and Technology. He conducted visiting research at the University of California, Los Angeles from January to March 2017. He is a recipient of the National Young Talent Program.
